Set your time zone in Control panel/Date and time
Open an Administrator CMD prompt.
C:\>reg add HKLM\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Control\TimeZoneInformation /v RealTimeIsUniversal /t REG_DWORD /d 1 /reg:32 C:\>sc config w32time start= auto C:\>sc start w32time C:\>w32tm /config /update "/manualpeerlist:0.europe.pool.ntp.org 1.europe.pool.ntp.org 2.europe.pool.ntp.org"
To sync the time manually:
C:\>w32tm /resync
To see NTP client status:
