Edit: The fix for the clickpad behaviour on Kubuntu 15.10 is to install the xserver-xorg-input-libinput package.

Xorg Multitouch Trackpad Driver
https://github.com/BlueDragonX/xf86-input-mtrack

# apt-get install xserver-xorg-input-mtrack
# cd /usr/share/X11/xorg.conf.d
# mv 50-synaptics.conf 50-vmmouse.conf 50-wacom.conf 51-synaptics-quirks.conf /root

Edit 50-mtrack.conf:

Section "InputClass"
        MatchIsTouchpad "true"
        Identifier "Multitouch Touchpad"
        Driver "mtrack"
        Option "BottomEdge" "25"
        Option "ButtonZonesEnable" "true"
        Option "ClickFinger1" "1"
        Option "ClickFinger2" "0"
        Option "ClickFinger3" "3"
        Option "DisableOnThumb" "true"
        Option "DisableOnPalm" "true"
EndSection

Right mouse button is holding your finger in the area marked with +
and clicking the clickpad.
